The two artist knew how to imprint the freshness and warmth of Cuban culture into a design that didn’t lose its elegance. The clock tower at the beginning of the walkway reproduces the sound of the famous “Big Ben”.

4. La Plaza de la Revolución (Revolution Square)

The Revolution square is a monumental set of modern style buildings that includes a tower from where the entire city can be seen, also the highest point of the city although not the tallest building.

Its construction was programed and finish in the 1950s prior to the revolution, but it symbolism comes from the many rally’s and turning point political moments during the revolutionary process.
