Iter Away Ltd is specialized on market development, commercial promotion and sell of seasonal vacation rentals.
Through its website enables the user to make reservations online through a secured booking engine.
By making a reservation, the user accepts to conclude a rental contract with Iter Away Ltd. (hereinafter identified and referred as “Iter Away”) and both parties undertake to respect these General Terms & Conditions and the House Rules displayed in each apartment. The user shall thus be considered to be a fully-fledged client (guest).
Only the guests accounted in the original booking and at check-in are allowed to stay in the apartment. Any additional overnight person must be approved.
Reservation Conditions
The prices are displayed by-default in euros, and can be also displayed in your local currency by choosing such option. The final announced price includes VAT (when applicable).
Any other extra fees, supplements added, damage deposit, etc. will be clearly detailed on the price listing before booking confirmation.
Legal Requirements
Upon check-in, all the guests must show a valid ID document and travel documentation (booking voucher, etc. if needed). A city tax may be applied to every non-residents overnight stays. The amount and conditions are specified at reservation.
Payment of the stay
The amount remaining to be paid for the stay, any additional charges and the tourist tax, if applicable, must be paid at arrival.
Check-in & Check-out
The guest must inform Iter Away of the planned time of arrival at least 48h before the beginning of the stay. Iter Away shall not be held liable for delays or any inconvenience that could be caused by the lack of information.
At check-out, guests must vacate the rental unit with all luggage. Iter Away reserves the right to remove from the apartment any luggage that may still be there after check-out time, and/or claim a penalty from the client that can be withheld from the amount of the guarantee deposit.
Guarantee Deposit
A guarantee deposit must be given at check-in in cash or by debit/credit card. The amount will be returned in full, if there is no damage or complaint.
Cleaning
The cleaning costs cover the general cleaning of the rental unit the household linen, but do not cover the cleaning of kitchen utensils (crockery, glasses, cutlery, pans, etc.). These articles must be left clean. Dustbins must be regularly emptied according to the instructions displayed in each rental unit.
Guest's Behaviour
The guests undertake to behave in a civic manner and respect neighbours. They also undertake to respect the material and equipment placed at their disposal, to take care of the latter and notify Iter Away of any damage they could cause or detect.
Noise
Guests must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of the neighbouring properties – especially during night-time hours. Guests must notify Iter Away of any disputes or complaints from the neighbours as soon as possible.
Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges that may be deducted from the Security Deposit.
Security
Any time the guests leave the rental unit, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
The guests agree not to reproduce and/or give the keys of the property to third parties, and to take the necessary security measures to prevent access to the property to unauthorized people.
Modification & Cancellation
Any request to modify the date of the stay must be approved by Iter Away. If, for any reason (including force majeure) the client must fully or partially cancel the reservation, the cancellation policy will be applied.
If, for any reason outside its control, including force majeure, Iter Away is forced to modify the conditions of the reservation, it must immediately inform the guest. Should they not come to an agreement on the terms of the modification, the entire amount shall be refunded to the guest and the latter shall not be able to make any other claim.
Liabilities
Iter Away is not liable for the damage that could be caused when the equipment is used or in cases of theft, fire and other criminal activities. Iter Away shall not be held liable in the case of damage to the external utilities such as ramps, lift and other general problems outside its control (gas, electricity or water supply cuts, weather or natural conditions, etc.) In all circumstances, Iter Away shall do its utmost to promptly find a solution to any type of incident. During the stay in the rental units, the guest is responsible for all his/her personal objects of value.
